Responsibilities

Manage and track complex software licenses across the enterprise, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency

Monitor and report costs and labor metrics across various engineering programs

Collaborate with supply chain teams to procure necessary software and hardware

Lead projects from initiation to operational handover, communicating effectively with all stakeholders

Oversee and manage complex projects across diverse development and stakeholder teams, employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Planner) to organize tasks and ensure timely delivery

Leverage AI platforms to optimize workflows and improve decision-making

Provide reporting and data analysis support, with a preference for experience in tools such as Microsoft Power BI

Break down complex problems into manageable components and develop actionable solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Strong experience with software license management, preferably within ServiceNow

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI platforms for operational efficiency

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

A passion for continuous learning and improvement

Preferred

Experience with reporting and querying tools such as Microsoft Power BI
