Recruiting Coordinator
Glocap Business Professionals is an investment firm seeking a detail-driven Recruiting Coordinator. Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and with various stakeholders
Manage all candidate communications, including status updates, confirmations, and travel coordination
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruiting reports and metrics
Prepare interview materials, track feedback, and support campus recruiting events
Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting operations and elevate the candidate experience
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent calendar management and scheduling abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse & Handshake) and other coordination tools
