Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and with various stakeholders
Manage all candidate communications, including status updates, confirmations, and travel coordination
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruiting reports and metrics
Prepare interview materials, track feedback, and support campus recruiting events
Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting operations and elevate the candidate experience

Required

Comfort working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse & Handshake) and other coordination tools
