Leading client through design process at weekly virtual review sessions
Knowledge of health and building codes
Accessibility analysis
Coordinating with internal MEP and Structural Engineering staff
Weekly QAQC reviews
Assisting in the creation of construction drawing sets
Shop Drawing and RFI review during construction administration phase
Mentoring design staff
Scheduling staff
Manufacturer research
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
10-15 years+ of professional design experience
Revit proficiency
Sketchup proficiency
Indesign proficiency
Knowledge of health and building codes
Accessibility analysis
Ability to work closely with others
Willingness to Travel
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions

NCIDQ certification
