Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys
Support case strategy development and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally
Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active Texas bar license in good standing required
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
New graduates encouraged to apply; firm provides training
