Submit and track contracts, POs, and security assessments for imaging applications
Gather data for cost-benefit and ROI forms (support role, not lead)
Daily monitoring of trackers and resolving outstanding requests
Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Junior to mid-level (minimum 1 year)
Bachelor's degree is required
Google Sheets proficiency (critical)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate effectively
Preferred
Procurement or IT admin experience is a plus
ServiceNow experience (ticket tracking/reporting)
SmartSheets familiarity
General understanding of imaging IT (training provided)
Healthcare IT exposure (imaging applications, Mammography, Stroke)
