Responsibilities
Analyze daily reports to identify and resolve errors in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
Perform various data entry functions to ensure customer data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements
Provide detailed and accurate documentation associated with actions taken; escalate significant patterns to management based on risk severity and potential for customer impact
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good judgement
You can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
You have excellent attention to detail and can follow procedures and analyze/solve basic and complex problems with accuracy
You care about your community and have a desire to be involved
