Responsibilities
Conducting audits and assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols
Documenting and reporting audit findings, including any deviations from quality standards
Recommending and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions to address identified quality issues (Internal and External)
Conducting audits to Incoming Raw Materials and maintaining a supplier corrective action database
Collaborating with other departments to foster a culture of quality and ensure adherence to quality standards
Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives
Staying up to date with industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and best practices
Ensure organizational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant, driving improved customer satisfaction and overall business performance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Process Auditing Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience
ISO:9001 Standard knowledge
Problem Solving Methodologies, such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8 Disciplines
Able to use measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, measuring tapes
Documentation Management
Able to read drawings and tolerances
