Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Huntsville facility supply needs to support planned and forecasted demand; anticipate demand and supply changes; handle emergency issues
Review supply and resources needs for acceptance and/or adjustments for all sales demand
Review projected and actual inventory levels to meet defined inventory goals and objectives including cost reduction to achieve profitability targets
Chair and provide inventory data for weekly review with multiple facilities and organizations
Review, direct, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual projected sales objectives and targets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of supply chain planning, logistics planning, or production planning experience
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Software Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate waste using Lean Manufacturing techniques
Comfortable with managing conflict, change, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
Problem solving ability, both individually and in a group setting
Ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or other relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in a fast paced production/manufacturing setting
