Responsibilities

Fabricate & Assemble: Work with cutting-edge tools and equipment to fabricate parts and components for a variety of products. Keen eye for basic to complex assembly
Tech-Savvy Work: Manages the movement, organization, and storage of materials with precision and efficiency
Quality Control: Inspect finished products, testing components to ensure they meet the quality standards
Teamwork: Delegate tasks to Tech I’s and assists as needed. Collaborate with your team of skilled professionals to meet production goals and deadlines
Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone

Required

High school diploma or GED
5-10 years of prior experience in fabrication and/or electrical work
Accuracy and precision are key—your careful eye will help maintain the highest quality standards
If you enjoy working with your hands and have a basic understanding of machines and tools, you're already on the right track
Being a good communicator and team player is essential
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Preferred

a Journeyman's license is preferred
