Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across PCs and laptops
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows and Linux operating systems
Manage and resolve IT service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and software applications
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain documentation of solutions

Required

5-10 years of experience in Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
Familiarity with PC and laptop hardware components
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
