Responsibilities
Process Payroll for the company employees
Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional development
Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA and OSHA
Maintain HRIS systems like UltiPro, Paychex, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce for accurate data collection, entry, and reporting
Conduct project management tasks as directed
Manage HR sourcing activities through social media management and other channels to attract top talent
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in third party payroll processing
Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
