Responsibilities
Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in support of Edged’s growth ambitions
Support the creation and maintenance of financial models and valuation analyses (asset-level and corporate-level models, including scenario analysis and a variety of transaction structures) under the guidance of more senior team members
Participate in acquisition due-diligence tasks and coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering, Legal), gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of the data center development process
Help prepare internal investment memos, presentation decks, and supporting materials for senior leadership review
Assist in the execution of debt and equity financings in support of Edged’s platform growth
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and sector developments in data centers, infrastructure, and sustainability — helping to feed insights into strategic discussions
Stay organized: manage data, track multiple projects, and support senior team members as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of relevant experience: investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, real estate acquisitions or related analytical roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong quantitative skills, comfort with Excel/financial modeling
Eagerness to learn and grow: willingness to take on varied tasks across finance, strategy, and operations
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across functions
High ownership, integrity, analytical curiosity, and drive to help shape strategy in a fast-paced, scaling company environment
