Responsibilities
Record interest and other cash and non-cash activity
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
Track loans across the portfolio
Manage and work closely with third party admin providers
Internal and external reporting packages
Assist with all fund related activities including: capital calls, distributions, requests for information, and maintaining accounting, tax and subsidiary records
Provide reconciliations monthly, quarterly, and annually to entries for internal reporting and for the year-end audit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
CPA or CPA in process required
4+ years of relevant experience working for or auditing Private Equity Funds, Real Estate or Debt Funds
