Lush Banners is a fast-growing custom trade show and display solutions eCommerce company seeking a Sales Associate - Strategic Partnerships. The role focuses on outbound B2B sales, account development, and partnership growth to support company revenue goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
Execute Lush Banners’ strategic partnership plan — including 4 tiers of strategic partner clients, and important industry relationships, to grow revenue
Daily reach out and oversee key accounts and potential partners, ensuring high conversions and recurring revenue
Accurately document activities, account updates, and sales processes in CRM and internal systems to support efficient partnership and sales workflows
Represent the company at partnership or business development meetings, webinars, trade shows, company organized and industry events
Identify, negotiate, and close new revenue driven partnership opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic collaborations
Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce & Operations teams on promotional campaigns, new product development, and excellent deliveries
Document and optimize SOPs for partnerships management & sales processes
Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs
Maintain a client-first, solutions-oriented approach
Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven track record of achieving measurable revenue and partnership growth
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for executive and client-facing communications
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Intelligent, quick on your feet, and can thrive in a very fast-paced environment
Productive, driven, strong follow-up & follow-through
Education: Bachelor Degree or above
Must be able to travel to meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Preferred
Experience in trade show exhibits, events, or eCommerce industries are a big plus
Tech-savvy & comfortable with Google suite, eCommerce, CRM, and Ai tools
