The Maintenance Coordinator will assist in all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities
Maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners
Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc
Assists with moving of residents’ furnishings as needed
Paints residents' living quarters as needed
Assists with the ongoing preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure
Assists with grounds keeping, weeding, mulching, and snow-removal
Assists with maintaining documentation of fire safety evacuation plan, fire drills, disaster plan, smoking policy, fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher maintenance and testing reports, generator testing logs, water temperatures, flame spread ratings of interior finishes, and other maintenance records
Performs any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Holds a valid Ohio driver's license
General Maintenance - Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry Experience
Mechanical Experience on H.V.A.C., Mowers and Vehicles
