Denver Human Services Senior Human Resources Business Partner
The City and County of Denver is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Child Welfare Division at Denver Human Services. This role involves collaborating with leaders to enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Coach and consult with senior leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Partner with the business to develop strategies and initiatives that promote a culture of equity and engagement
Be the primary point of contact for HR programs, tools, metrics, and analytics impacting your organization
Build collaborative partnerships with the Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Classification, Learning and Development and Benefits to recommend and inform business solution
Provide data analytics on our people practices informing business decisions and to tell our human capital story
Research, develop, and execute HR solutions that deliver measurable business results
Execute HR strategies, initiatives and practices that promote a strong performance culture emphasizing engagement, learning and development, talent management, and workforce planning
Effectively manage employee relation issues and investigation
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years working as an HR Professional for a complex organization and managing and investigating employee relations issues
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience: Five (5) years of professional human resources experience
Education & Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post school education. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements
Preferred
Ability to hold leaders accountable and help them stand firm in their decisions
Experience guiding workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Strong critical thinking skills
Confidence in knowledge
Ability to build professional relationships with a variety of people, at all levels of the organization
Experience providing and receiving feedback to/from leaders and employees
