Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and executive reporting
Partner with senior leaders to develop operating plans and forward-looking financial models
Analyze historical performance, spend trends, and key drivers to inform future planning
Deliver financial and operational analysis to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities
Build models to support long-term growth, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions
Provide competitive, market, and benchmarking insights to leadership
Translate financial results into clear insights for senior management and key stakeholders
Support regional and functional planning to ensure alignment with company strategy
Drive process improvements and productivity initiatives across finance and operations
Prepare business cases, ad hoc analysis, and materials for leadership, board reporting, and M&A activity
Leverage BI and reporting tools to improve visibility, insights, and reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and BI tools
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of business operations
Ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to influence, partner cross-functionally, and drive outcomes
Preferred
Background in Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or related project-based industries
