Responsibilities
Efficiently manage executive and team calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips
Support cross-functional projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
Prepare and format professional documents, meeting summaries, and reports, ensuring clarity and visual presentation
Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project milestones and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with project management tools such as SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and document formatting abilities
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bi-lingual proficiency in additional languages based on business needs
Experience supporting multiple leaders with calendar management and scheduling
