Responsibilities

Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates with a primary focus on low-voltage systems
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate takeoffs and pricing
Support semiconductor cleanroom and manufacturing facility projects
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and participate in bid leveling
Work closely with project controls, design, and construction teams to validate scope and assumptions
Assist with cost planning, value engineering, and change management
Maintain estimating databases, benchmarks, and historical cost data
Support client presentations and cost reviews as required

Qualification

Electrical Estimator experienceLow-voltage electrical systemsEstimating software proficiencyMS Excel proficiencyReading electrical drawingsSemiconductor project experienceCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

7+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator or similar role
Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Proficiency with estimating software and MS Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience on semiconductor, data center, industrial, or high-tech manufacturing projects strongly preferred
