Responsibilities
Lead and manage PV projects from interconnection through permitting and construction
Manage EORs, EPCs, and other consultants to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and align with Scope of Work requirements and Best Practices
Write and manage Scopes of Works, participate in contract negotiations
Review designs, studies, and drawings for conformance with Scopes of Work, AHJ requirements, etc
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Identify and mitigate risks to project success
Support project financing due diligence
Provide value engineering solutions to reduce cost
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Lead conversations with Transmission Owners and ISOs to support technical requirements
Support construction and answer RFIs
Qualification
Required
6 - 10 years of experience in engineering projects
Experience leading and managing PV projects from interconnection through permitting and construction
Ability to manage EORs, EPCs, and other consultants to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and align with Scope of Work requirements and Best Practices
Experience writing and managing Scopes of Works and participating in contract negotiations
Ability to review designs, studies, and drawings for conformance with Scopes of Work, AHJ requirements, etc
Experience coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Experience identifying and mitigating risks to project success
Ability to support project financing due diligence
Experience providing value engineering solutions to reduce cost
Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Experience communicating project status and updates to stakeholders
Ability to lead conversations with Transmission Owners and ISOs to support technical requirements
