Start in 2026 SummerIMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for a summer internship in the commercial insurance sector. The role offers hands-on experience and mentorship while supporting the sales team in various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives
Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies
Support production efforts by assisting with quoting new clients, preparing proposals, and contributing to coverage summaries, historical loss reviews, and benchmarking analyses
Build core industry knowledge by attending sales calls, engaging in licensing preparation, and observing best practices in client relationship management
Collaborate with producers during client renewals, participating in meetings and on-site visits to understand renewal strategy and client needs
Leverage problem-solving skills to support day-to-day client servicing needs
Qualification
Required
A rising senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
A strong interest in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
Ability to connect with a diverse group of people
Preferred
A concentration in sales or RMI is also a plus
A proven track record as an influential member of a sports team, Greek organization, or other extracurricular activity is a plus
Previous sales experience is a plus
