Subscription Portfolio Specialist
Snap-on Credit LLC is the financial arm of Snap-on Inc., a leading global innovator and manufacturer of tools and equipment. The Subscription Portfolio Specialist will coordinate collections in the Subscription portfolio, manage customer interactions, and focus on achieving corporate delinquency and loss goals while ensuring customer retention.

Responsibilities
Collection of Subscription accounts to achieve established Corporate goals
Debtor direct collections
Coordinate collection efforts with franchisees
Manage cancellation requests per policy
Report and recommend solutions on customer service issues
Achieve delinquency/loss goals and metrics
Answer field and customer questions
Educate franchisees and field sales personnel on program features and benefits
Assist with delinquency/loss reporting and tracking
Work within other portfolios and projects as assigned by Director of Specialty Portfolios
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of professional business experience
Credit and collections
Credit laws and regulations
Reporting requirements
Communications – verbal and written
Computer applications
Skip Tracing

Goal oriented
Preferred
BS or BA degree or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of credit and collections experience
