4+ years as a software engineer with a track record of owning and delivering end‑to‑end products that directly impacted customers and revenue
Experience at strong early‑stage startups (Seed-Series B) or at later‑stage companies known for excellent engineering and product cultures
Solid computer science fundamentals; a degree from a top‑30 CS program is preferred
Full‑stack builder comfortable across frontend and backend; experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres is a plus but not required
Strong product sense, scrappy and high‑ownership mindset, and ability to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with founders, product, and recruiting leaders
Clear, concise communicator who’s genuinely excited about marketplaces, talent, and the future of recruiting
