Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable data models supporting financial and operational reporting
Build and optimize data pipelines integrating NetSuite, Salesforce, and HR systems
Translate business KPI definitions into governed, reusable technical artifacts
Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and semantic models for executive and operational reporting
Ensure data quality, accuracy, reconciliation, and performance across all analytics outputs
Establish and enforce analytics delivery standards from requirements through production
Partner with business stakeholders to validate metrics and reporting outcomes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and reporting issues
Mentor analysts and engineers and provide technical leadership across the team
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling (fact/dimension, star/snowflake schemas)
Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Experience building ELT pipelines using tools such as Matillion or equivalent
Experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling and performance optimization
Strong understanding of enterprise KPIs related to revenue, bookings, margin, and pipeline
Experience implementing data governance, data quality checks, and metric documentation
8+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and analytics
Hands-on experience integrating ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) data
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and accountability
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
High standards for data accuracy, reliability, and governance
