Responsibilities
Interact with and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner
Work well with children of all ages and personalities
Assist with special events such as birthday parties and outside public engagements
Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers
Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments
Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions
Ensure proper maintenance of the robot costume ensure it is kept in good shape and stored away properly

Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Comfortable with interior and exterior work including temperature changes
The candidate should be between 5'10" to 6'1" tall with a slender body type, the costume used is designed for a average/tall male body frame and has limited adjustability
Walk or stand for extended periods of time
Stand on elevated platform for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50lbs
The ability to communicate quickly and accurately
The work environment includes bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times
Preferred
Prior guest service experience is preferred, and certain skill sets may be required depending on position
An acting or performing background is preferred
Project an outgoing, positive personality as well as spontaneity when interacting with others
