Responsibilities
Lead tactical and strategic direction for IT department ensuring proper support to all site functions
Hire, mentor, and develop IT personnel for multiple manufacturing locations
Ensure issues with network, hardware, and software are addressed quickly
Manage departmental budget
Seek out and capitalize on opportunities to improve technologies, systems, and processes
Work directly with multiple departmental leaders to ensure IT systems and processes support and align with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
8+ years of IT experience within manufacturing setting(s)
4+ years of formalized IT management experience
Extensive familiarity with mainstream ERP systems (SAP, QAD, etc.)
Willingness and ability to travel regionally 10-20%
