Responsibilities

Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Engage prospects across Insurance, Multi-Family, Builder, Utilities, and Strategic Partner channels
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events
Develop a clear understanding of Phyn’s products, value propositions, and competitive differentiators
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of early-stage opportunities
Execute structured discovery to understand pain points, buying criteria, and decision processes
Qualify leads using Phyn’s BANT/CHAMP framework and hand off high-quality opportunities to the Enterprise Sales team
Assess partner fit for installers, resellers, property managers, and insurance carriers
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to tailor messaging by vertical
Provide feedback on lead quality, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
Support long-term prospect nurturing through personalized follow-ups and content sharing
Utilize CRM tools for activity tracking and pipeline management
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, booked meetings, and qualified opportunities
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability in lead generation

Required

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Highly organized, coachable, and motivated to hit performance goals
Experience in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, InsurTech, or Smart Home technology

Preferred

Exposure to Insurance, Multi-Family, Builders/Developers, or Utility sectors is a plus
Interest in sustainability and water-conservation technology is a plus
