Required

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and understand customer needs

Ability to work independently and efficiently in an outdoor field environment
Proficiency in using sales tools, software, and technology
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required

Preferred

Basic knowledge of lawn care, agronomy, or related fields is a plus
Further education in sales or related fields is an advantage
