Responsibilities
Assists in providing purchasing services, including processing requisitions, issuing, reviewing, completing, and maintaining purchase orders and affiliated paperwork/records
Reviews supporting documentation, mathematical correctness, and completeness of personnel assignments and payroll documents, resolving payroll-related problems
Reviews employee reimbursement requests for policy compliance, budget availability, supporting documentation, and mathematical calculations, processing and reconciling local and non-local travel reports
Maintain Cashier’s office, telephone operator’s office, and mailroom as needed
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of full-time related experience
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant full-time experience
