Responsibilities

Advise the C2SET portfolio and product teams on operational realism, scenario design, and training relevance

Work with Government operators, planners, and engineers to ensure that new capabilities, behaviors, and scenarios accurately reflect mission needs

Support transition planning from legacy simulation constructs to modernized baselines, including recommendations on where to focus modeling effort and how to structure scenarios for exercises and test events

Qualification

USAF experienceC2M&S expertiseOperational tactics translationScenario design advisingCommunication skills

Required

Hold an active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance

10+ years of experience in USAF or Joint C2 and M&S domains, including direct involvement in AOC or operational training events

Demonstrated ability to translate operational tactics, techniques, and procedures into simulation requirements and behaviors

Experience advising software and M&S teams on scenario design, federation use, and training objectives

Strong communication skills for working with Government operators, planners, and technical teams
