Construction Project Manager Intern
West Chester Township is seeking a Construction Project Manager Intern to assist in various aspects of project and construction management. The role involves preparing project documentation, monitoring project compliance, and maintaining schedules and budgets under the supervision of the Community Services Director.

Responsibilities
Assist in all assigned areas of project and/or construction development, administration, and management
Assist in preparing and reviewing project drawings, construction specifications, project budgets, cost estimates, and bid documents
Coordinate all architectural/engineering aspects of assigned projects
Review plans and drawings to provide input to the Community Services Director
Monitor and inspect assigned projects for quality control, compliance with drawing specifications, construction integrity, and the Township’s interests
Maintain daily project schedules, project budget, and written reports
Research programs, projects, and options as assigned
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine preferable solutions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in project and/or construction management with exposure to civil engineering principles and practices
Studies focused in architecture, civil engineering, surveying and/or construction management related degree programs
Valid Driver's License
