Responsibilities
Own and manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
Drive collections efforts and reduce DSO through proactive follow-ups and customer communication
Build, document, and improve scalable AR processes, policies, and internal controls
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing and payment issues
Support and improve SaaS subscription and contract-based billing processes
Monitor AR aging, identify delinquency risks, and escalate issues as needed
Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to improve AR efficiency and collections outcomes
Prepare AR, collections, and DSO reporting for leadership
Support month-end close activities related to AR, including reconciliations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Accounts Receivable, or related finance roles
Proven experience improving DSO and collections KPIs at scale
Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and billing workflows
Preferred
Experience using AI-powered or automated collections platforms (Tesorio, HighRadius, Upflow, Chaser, YayPay)
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition policies
