Responsibilities

Configure dashboards, workflows, and automations using Flows and Process Builder

Create and manage Agents within Salesforce for streamlined processes

Maintain user access, profiles, and permission sets

Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity across systems

Support integration with third-party applications

Implement and manage Revenue Cloud features for CPQ and billing processes

Provide training and documentation for end users

Monitor system updates and apply relevant features

Required

Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools and user management

Experience with automation, validation rules, and workflows

Strong knowledge of CRM reporting and analytics

Data management and cleansing expertise

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for users

Collaborative mindset across departments

Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment

Effective time management and organizational abilities

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field

Salesforce Certified Administrator required

Preferred

2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience

Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

Familiarity with Agent creation and advanced automation

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist) preferred

HubSpot experience is a plus
