Responsibilities

Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice
Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability
Ensures client and team deliverables are timely and high quality initiatives
Partners with SAA leadership and operations team on short-term and long-term goals
Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements
Develops plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieves business plan
Is accountable for managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base
May serve as advisor for moderately complex engagements with key stakeholders
Manages daily operations of Adoption Managers
Upholds and measures performance on organizational best practices and outcomes
Typically manages individual contributors
Associate growth and development
Staying current on industry and company trends

Required

8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience
Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals
Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)
Ability to travel as needed

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
