Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science or business
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely through ambiguity to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent documentation skills including business process flows, application architecture diagrams, and data mapping
Experience creating detailed reports and presentations
A track record of following through on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
A history of supporting successful IT projects
Experience with end-user acceptance testing with vendor supported applications
Knowledge of agile project development
Experience with SAP, Business Objects, middleware, and client server applications
SQL and Oracle database queries required
IT Business Analyst Certification
