Responsibilities

Conduct research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator
Perform cell culture and pharmacological assays to characterize the in vitro pharmacological profile of the human vesicular monoamine transporter (VMAT2), its mutants, and to test compounds to identify optimized probe molecules using cell based expressing human VMAT2
Assist with other ongoing experiments
Maintain the laboratory instruments
Follow lab safety protocols
Assist with lab cleaning/organizing

Qualification

Biomedical science degreeResearch laboratory experienceCell culturePharmacological assaysTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in biomedical science
Previous experience with the respective expertise in research laboratory is desirable
