Senior Program Manager Childcare - (Evergreen School District in Vancouver)

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership in managing multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs, directly impacting operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities
Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members
Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations
Support the Area Manager’s established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program
Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members
When applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure the successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customer satisfaction with the program
Maintains team schedule and communicates changes with all relevant parties
Coordinate & execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas as applicable
Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found
Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance
Maintain accurate records
Administer light first aid when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting
Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Ability to make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight
Ability to prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules
Ability to travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs, spending up to 100% of the workday performing program duties in ratio
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday
Ability to stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
Ability to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday
2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
1 year of supervisory experience
18+ years of age
Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 credits from 100 class or above in college coursework
Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, Proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card
First Aid and CPR certification required
