They are seeking a Director of Network Operations to oversee all network operations, integrate new technologies, and provide strategic direction to junior staff.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement business and technology standards and best practices for the department
Manage all aspects of network operations, including integration of new technologies such as wireless
Establish enterprise service levels for data and voice networking equipment and software applications
Oversee development of procedures and processes for enterprise network operations
Ensure capability to support new technologies and maintain network performance and reliability
Provide strategic direction and coaching to junior management staff
Report frequently to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects
Proven experience in data communications software and hardware, network administration, support, and maintenance
Senior-level management experience in network operations and management functions
Strong strategic direction skills and ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders
