Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for both the management company and lending vehicles
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Ensure accurate and timely investor reporting, capital account statements, and NAV calculations
Manage year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors
Oversee preparation and review of tax returns and K-1s with third-party tax advisors
Support CFO with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis
Assist in debt facility reporting, covenant compliance, and treasury operations
Qualification
Required
CPA required
10 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and lending
Knowledge of GAAP and tax concepts related to partnerships
Proficiency in accounting software such as Investran, Allvue, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
