Responsibilities
Drive national growth for aftermarket service, support, and lifecycle solutions across industrial and positive displacement pumps platforms
Balance new business development with ongoing technical sales support
Leverage installed base data to identify service, upgrade, and replacement opportunities
Work closely with distribution partners while also expanding direct relationships with end users
Break into new end-user accounts and strengthen engagement within existing customer sites
Act as a technical advisor, supporting customers with application knowledge and solution recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to align product strategy, aftermarket offerings, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Experience selling or supporting positive displacement pumps and/or industrial pump systems
Background in technical sales, business development, or application-focused roles
Proven experience working with end users and distributor partners
Strong understanding of aftermarket sales (service, support, upgrades, lifecycle solutions)
Ability to interpret and utilize installed base or performance data to drive sales strategy
Comfortable in a national role with significant travel (50–60%)
Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and scaling programs
