Responsibilities
Design and program PLC, HMI, drive, and temperature control systems
Support projects from concept through commissioning and startup
Create electrical schematics, parts lists, and technical documentation
Perform system startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning
Serve as a technical expert in assigned technologies
Support or lead customer training as needed
Participate in limited after-hours and on-call support (2–3 weeks/year)
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or experience in Automation, Controls, or Motion Control
3+ years of industrial automation or controls engineering experience
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
10+ years of controls engineering experience
Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
AutoCAD, EPLAN, and/or SolidWorks proficiency
