Responsibilities
Resolution of product non-conformances and deviation requests
Review of supplier procedures, documentation, processes, procedures, and records to verify compliance and develop system improvements
Development and maintenance of documentation to support processes, standards, and project deliverables
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for issues related to codes and standards
Develop project-specific quality plans and oversee implementation of quality plan
Resolve supplier quality issues
Review incoming inspection reports to verify supplier compliance
Review and accept quality procedures and documentation
Generate ASME Data Reports and perform code certification stamping
Review Customer Specifications
Participate in pre-inspection and/or kickoff meetings at offsite facilities
Other tasks assigned
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree; BSME preferred, BSChE or BSIE accepted
Excellent time management and written and spoken communication skills, highly professional, organized, and trustworthy team player; proficiency in English
Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication is essential
Domestic and international travel up to 15% required for this role, as well as occasional requirements to climb equipment at project or fabrication sites
Preferred
