Responsibilities
Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements
Use WIP (Work in Progress) Report to analyze areas of improvement and ensure associates are on track to meet goals
Learn and master SOPs in various departments
Run and monitor reports from Warehouse Management System, communicating results to team
Manage customer requirements
Conduct Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods
At end of shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift
Qualification
Preferred
4+ years warehouse experience preferred, with proficiency in each department
Broad distribution experience, with preference for experience in an automated distribution setting
Experience providing directions/coaching to associates
Experience monitoring/measuring work thru WMS/labor management
Proven ability to oversee multiple groups of Associates while focusing on performance and quality metrics
