Finance- Business Administration- Lead Associate
Fannie Mae is foundational to housing finance, and they are seeking a Lead Associate in Finance - Business Administration. This role involves supporting the executive leader’s office with administrative tasks and managing project work to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Spend approximately 60% of your time on EA work and 40% on project-based work
Assist executive leaders by managing day-to-day operational and administrative needs
Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports
Set up, organize, and maintain efficient organization systems – such as digital filing systems
Manage meeting collaboration technology in meetings held by the executive; ensure physical space (i.e., conference rooms) is booked, accordingly
Manage sensitive materials; maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
Qualification
Required
4 years of office administration experience preferably within a large and complex organization
Outstanding attention to detail plus organizational and time management skills
Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient demonstration of Office 365 tools - Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
Preferred
Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
