Manage cases from intake to resolution, including court appearances
Draft motions, pleadings, and filings
Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
Advise and counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Collaborate with a supportive team while managing your own caseload
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Family Law
2+ years of experience handling family law matters
Experience preparing motions, conducting depositions, and litigating in family court
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong courtroom presence and client communication abilities
Outstanding organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Active Arizona State Bar license
Preferred
Board Certification in Family Law is a plus, but not required
