Responsibilities

Manage support tickets and escalations through ServiceNow, prioritizing and resolving incidents
Lead storage administration: allocation, backup, recovery, tape services, SMS, HSM, and third-party tools (e.g., FDR)
Oversee upgrades of third-party software, performance tuning, and investigations for mainframe environments (z/OS)
Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application programmers, and cross-functional partners
