Responsibilities
Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements, operational adjustments, and product inspections
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance and identify repair needs
Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of glass, working at heights, and use of PPE; maintain and inspect safety equipment and first aid kits
Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to local laws, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability
Manage tools and supplies inventory to maintain proper stock and organization
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair issues and solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Travel within assigned territory daily; overnight travel may be required depending on territory
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete precise repairs and inspections
Excellent customer service skills to build trust and ensure repeat business
Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently, climb ladders, and work at heights
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
License: Valid driver's license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM)
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Preferred
1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience
1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience
