Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for distribution centers

Assist with the annual Distribution center budgeting process and develop comprehensive financial forecasts

Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and provide variance analysis and explanations to senior management

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud

Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
