Responsibilities

Work out of our Chicago office directly under a top-producing broker focused on expanding our presence in Wisconsin

Access our proprietary 10-part onboarding and tracking system to support team goals and execute a successful marketing/PR strategy

Work with a dedicated top broker at Kiser Group and learn best practices, market-specific knowledge, exposure to client meetings, and other advanced skills

Utilize our Salesforce-based BLAST (Broker Launch and Support Technology), featuring advanced mapping, pipeline tracking, call lists, and more

Build marketing packages, use proprietary underwriting templates, and access research tools like CoStar and RedIQ

Work directly under tenured brokers, a dedicated Sales Manager, fellow associates, and support teams across operations, compliance, technology, and marketing
