They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Intern to receive hands-on training in Talent Acquisition, focusing on high-volume retail hiring and gaining foundational skills in recruiting and HR systems.

Responsibilities
Learn how to coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers
Gain experience managing multiple schedules across time zones using digital tools
Understand how to prepare candidates and hiring teams for a great interview experience
Get trained in Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines and requisitions
Learn the process for posting jobs, updating statuses, and keeping records clean and accurate
Develop technical skills in applicant tracking and process documentation
Discover how to be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Practice clear and timely communication with candidates to guide them through interviews
Learn to troubleshoot issues, reschedule interviews, and maintain a high-touch experience
Hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruitment across a fast-paced retail business
Exposure to Workday ATS and modern recruiting tools and workflows
Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Ops, and Store Leadership
Mentorship and career development guidance to support your transition from the military
Qualification
Required
Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation
Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 120 days
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for BRCC's mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities
Preferred
Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus
Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus
